Job Summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR or Business Management
• 5 years in HR leadership
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hiring and onboarding strategies
• Support employee relations and engagement
• Manage benefits and compliance programs
• Coach managers on leadership and team development
• Drive DEI initiatives and workplace culture
• Maintain all Levy HR compliance procedures
