Aerospace Manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to join their growing team! This individual will be a crucial part of the supply chain team and help assist day to day operations. Ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of highly complex mechanical components.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Purchasing and Delivery of Raw Materials to Machining Suppliers
• Track and Monitor the Progress on all Open Purchase Orders to Assure on Time Delivery
• Identify and Execute Cost Reduction Opportunities
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-4 Years' Experience in supply chain
• Experience with MRP Systems
• Previous Indirect Purchasing Skills
• Experience Purchasing Medical or Electrical Parts
• Ability to Negotiate Pricing, Delivery and Terms
• Extensive Experience in Microsoft Suite
• Bachelors Degree is Preferred
  
  

Needed Skills:

• Knowledge of Complex Mechanical Components
• Proficient in Excel
• Backgrounding Cost Negotiations, Purchase Orders and On Time Delivery

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
