- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus. Experience can be substituted for degree on a year-for-year basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or talent management roles, with at least 3 years in a program management or similar position.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Proven experience in developing and managing talent management programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and talent management software.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Certification in Human Resources preferred.
