We are seeking an experienced Workday Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend. This role requires a deep understanding of the cross-functional implications of system changes and their impact on user experience.
This role provides flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Workday Implementation and Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions, focusing on Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.
- Security Management: Lead all aspects of the configuration and management of Workday security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Custom Solutions: Develop and implement custom solutions using Workday Extend to meet unique business needs.
- User Experience: Analyze and improve the user experience by understanding the impact of system changes on different user groups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices. Proactively find opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving Workday processes and outcomes. Monitor key metrics and report on the effectiveness of the Workday initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Architect or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, Prism, and Extend.
- Solid understanding of cross-functional implications of system changes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Workday certifications in HCM, Security, Extend and Prism highly desired
