Our headquarters is home to a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. What You'll Do:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of campus grounds, buildings, and equipment
- Travel to other LAHC locations using a company-provided vehicle
- Complete repairs and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Provide light cleaning services
- Document inspections and routine maintenance
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to take on potential on-call responsibilities
- Preferred: Knowledge of OSHA guidelines
- Experience with carpentry, painting, and routine building maintenance
