Our growing company, Leo’s Auto Insurance, is seeking motivated customer service representatives to join the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell policies based on customers needs and upsell products or services when appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in person.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain record of all customer interactions and update database.
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with both new and existing customers
- Detail oriented
- Receptive to feedback
Limited Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
