Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation.
• Assist in sanitizing tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Buss tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Help maintain the kitchen's workflow by communicating effectively with kitchen staff.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Skills

• Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha POS, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food service practices and sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tips.
• Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on helping customers have a positive experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.94 - $24.02 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
