- Ensure front and back of house dishware is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Support kitchen team in the rotation of and daily setup and breakdown of kitchen work areas
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment and receptacles
- Properly carry out duties that follow established policies, procedures and high standards of quality and safety
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification; will train
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification: will train
- Current CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention training; will train
- Must be able to lift/carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods of time
- Comfortable with frequently immersing hands in water and work in a hot and damp environment
