The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills. A Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from an accredited University. Experience is preferred but not required! Also offering paid CE!
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluating levels of swallowing, speech and language difficulty
- Identifying treatment options
- Creating and carrying out individualized treatment plans addressing specific functional needs
- Treating patients with articulation errors/apraxia
- Treating patients with language processing deficits
- Working with children in developing and strengthening muscles used to swallow
- Counseling families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders
