What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Levata?
We are seeking to add driven, hard-working Account Managers to call on our client base as an inside sales representative, growing their business through relationship-focused technology sales. An Account Manager will work proactively with their clients to provide solutions for SMB clients. This person will also close web orders and sales leads coming in from our marketing efforts. Charisma and the ability to build strong relationships are critical for successful Account Managers.
What You'll Do
- Manages and grows existing customer accounts
- Maintain a high degree of activity to develop opportunities and document within CRM
- Maintain customer data accuracy
- Conduct daily outbound calling and relationship management activities
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and qualified opportunity quotas
- Execute pre-call planning strategies
- Conduct research meetings within the territory and new business accounts to uncover new qualified opportunities
- Provide consultation to customers regarding our various product offerings
- Demonstrate a professional, customer-centric approach during all customer interactions
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
- Be a team player and bring suggestions and recommendations forth to help the overall team and business be better
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Assist in providing back-up support to the others in the Team when away from the office
- Perform all other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in addition to basic computer knowledge
- Ability to develop and build relationships while growing
- Driven and motivated personality
- Prior technology experience is not required - our training program will provide you the product knowledge and resources to fuel your success in this growing technology space
