Maintenance Director

Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and installations.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to repair or improve equipment performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.
• Proven experience in project management and leadership roles.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex problems.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members and other departments.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
