Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across 4-6 active projects.
- Ensure subcontractors complete work per contract scope, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain construction schedules and proactively address delays or changes.
- Minimize rework by conducting quality control inspections and enforcing standards.
- Manage change orders efficiently, documenting changes and their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively between subcontractors, suppliers, and the project manager/owner.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document onsite activity with daily logs
- Conduct regular site meetings to review project status and address challenges proactively.
- Address any on-site issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
