We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi’s®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™ We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Analyst to join our Performance Marketing & Analytics team, providing support, clarity, and strategic insights on channel-level performance for Levi’s® in the US and Canada. Specifically, the Marketing Analyst will own daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting for the marketing team, and maintain and enhance the existing reporting infrastructure. Secondarily, this role will support the Performance Marketing team’s measurement and attribution efforts to ensure we are driving efficient and incremental growth. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of technical ability, business savvy, and critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities Own reporting for the Performance Marketing team, supporting Levi’s® brand in the US and Canada Lead measurement and analyses at a channel level, ensuring we are appropriately measuring performance and impact Maintain and enhance (as needed) the existing reporting infrastructure and supporting Tableau dashboards Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, supporting test & learn approach to marketing channels – be capable of pulling and analyzing data independently, interpret results, suggest next steps Turn business questions into functional analysis – understand the core impact in terms of sales, profitability, and KPIs Develop and enable data-driven decision making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into actionable insights Support the marketing tags QA and implementation Be the go-to expert for marketing intelligence Requirements Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field 2 years’ experience in a business or marketing analytics role, in-house or agency Strong knowledge of the online measurement ecosystem, experience in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing data through API solutions preferred Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL (experience in writing complex SQL queries) Experience with R or Python is a plus Experience with Data Visualization solutions using Tableau Experience with Web analytics tools - Adobe Analytics is a plus Detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
