Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
- 5 years of catering or event sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales and manage key client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM and event management software
- Knowledge of catering logistics and large-scale event coordination
- Drive sales for catered events across the convention center
- Build relationships with corporate, social, and internal clients
- Develop customized proposals and close high-value contracts
- Partner with culinary and operations teams on event execution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales forecasts
- Ensure all events align with Levy standards and client expectations
