What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Tester I position at Lewis Energy Group?
Overview
Responsible for inspecting and testing equipment prior to releasing equipment to the field for operations to ensure it meets the highest standard of maintenance and operation. Equipment reliability and health are paramount to a safe and efficient field operation.
Responsibilities
Adheres to a culture of safety as a mindset, preservation of assets, and continuous improvement in-line with that of Lewis Energy Group.
Assists the Reliability Specialist with all assigned duties to ensure a safe and effective testing operation.
Inspects and tests Fracturing equipment until that equipment is deemed 100% operationally ready to perform up to the standards of Sabino Fracturing.
Documents deficiencies and coordinates repairs with the Maintenance department.
Communicates effectively among the equipment testing team and Reliability Specialist to ensure all equipment is functioning as intended.
Assist in ensuring dual fuel equipment is optimized on all applicable equipment to maximize diesel displacement on Fracturing operations.
Assists with routine maintenance and documentation on legacy “sale” equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
