GROUNDSKEEPER SUPERVISOR - Natomas, CA
Lewis Apartment Communities currently seeks a Groundskeeper Supervisor for Homecoming at Creekside, our beautiful 626-unit community.
In your role, you will assist in the supervision of Groundskeeper staff and community operations, while providing solid work in all aspects of general residential maintenance. To be successful, you should have prior apartment maintenance experience combined with some staff supervision background. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Strong all-around maintenance duties at a large apartment community
- Supervising a team of community Groundskeepers/Porters
- Works calls involving carpentry, electrical trouble-shooting, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, stoves, etc) installation and repair
- Making ready units for new occupancy
- Interacting with Community Director and staff
- Maintaining units of current residents
- Coordinating work with outside vendors
- Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
