PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the largest real estate developers and property management companies in the nation has an immediate opening for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the accounting team at the corporate office in Upland, CA.
In your new role, you will report to our Payroll Supervisor and some of your duties will include:
- Collecting, processing, and filing payroll documents
- Maintaining employee garnishments.
- Preparing month end reconciliations.
- Processing bi-weekly payroll.
- Maintain various payroll related spreadsheets.
- Provide information to employees and management regarding payroll items.
- Prepare various ad-hoc reports.
- Manage workflow to ensure all Payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Hourly range for this role: Starting at $25/hr.
Skills for your success: Prior payroll and/or accounting experience is required. MS Excel skills should be solid, with good communication and a great attitude. Any experience with Dayforce HCM is a definite plus.
You should be highly detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of corporate and regional employees. You will be required to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
