We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and excellent service.
Duties
- Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including bodywork, frame straightening, and panel replacement.
- Utilize sheet metal techniques to restore vehicle structure and integrity.
- Welding and fabrication a must!
- Assemble vehicle components and ensure all parts are fitted correctly.
- Execute welding tasks to reinforce or repair vehicle frames and panels.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
- Apply auto painting techniques, including airless paint spraying, to achieve a smooth and professional finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in sheet metal work, welding, and auto painting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess damage accurately and execute repairs effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during the workday.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in auto body repair is essential.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
