Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Current Texas State Nursing License (LVN/RN)
- Current State Driver's License
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical care experience as a Licensed Nurse
- Proficiency in English for Federal and State documentation requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with medical staff, residents, and families
- Effective communication, organization, documentation, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques
- Familiarity with State and Federal medical regulations
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Coordinate with other nursing agencies for seamless care delivery
- Provide skilled nursing care following care plans, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
