About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team based in San Jose, California, to provide specialized care to patients with eating disorders. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Your work will be critical in helping patients achieve their recovery goals and improve their quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mental health or eating disorders
  • Current state licensure and DEA registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in an outpatient setting
  • Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing care and support to patients with eating disorders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
