Responsibilities
The Cook is responsible for preparing meals Responsible for making sure the lodge is well supplied at all times with food and refreshments
- Responsible for cleaning all items used to prepare and serve the meal
- Stores, prepares and serves food to patients as outlined in established policies and procedures.
- Responsible to complete dietary logs and tracking forms, as assigned.
- Serves food to the patients by preparing food trays or serving to dining table.
- Arranges for snacks to be served to the patients 24 hours/day, 7 days per week.
Education and Experience
* Ability to work with others as an effective team builder and team player.
* Skilled as establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff.
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, set priorities, organize work, and make independent decisions.
* Excellent communication skills.
