Job Title : Talent Acquisition Assistant (Temp)

Location : Seattle, WA

Duration : 3-Month Contract

Compensation : $24–28 / hour

Job Description :

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the recruitment team by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support to ensure an efficient hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in HR and talent management.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Post job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.

Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Assist with background checks and onboarding documentation.

Provide administrative support for recruitment events and career fairs.

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
