This court-facing position will involve working on civil litigation and personal injury cases. The attorney will have autonomy, an independent case load, and access to legal assistants. This position offers unique flexibility, as the attorney can choose how many hours to bill, ranging from 25—40 /week.
The firm offers top compensation and a unique, flexible model, where attorneys are paid by billable hour. The anticipated annual compensation range, depending on experience and hours billed, is $100,000—$190,000. Responsibilities
- Attend court hearings, argue motions, and sit first or second chair in court trials and jury trials
- Manage independent case load
- Research and write motions
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Comfortable in court (enjoys being in court!)
