LHH is currently searching for a Graphic Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio of both print and digital work. This is an onsite opportunity at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize & Create: Design compelling visuals for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web assets.
- Brand Management: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and developers, to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Print Production: Prepare files for print, including pre-press checks, file setup, and collaboration with printers to ensure quality output.
- Digital Expertise: Design responsive web graphics and layouts optimized for multiple devices and platforms.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and projects.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Familiarity with UX/UI design is a bonus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt designs based on feedback.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality work with an eye for precision.
- Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
