What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volleyball Coach position at Libero Volleyball Club?
Libero Virginia Volleyball Club (LVVC) is a well established club in NoVa looking for high motivated people who would like to share their love for volleyball.
Available positions:
*Clinics head coach;
* Team head coach;
*Team assistant coach.
Schedule has some flexibility, with primary responsibility to be at the facility during all practice sessions, skills clinics, and tournaments
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Attend all tryouts for players for LVVC and assist with such tryouts; including providing player analysis and input for forming teams.
* At least the following number of hours work at clinics designated by LVVC each calendar month eight
* Substitute as a coach at up to three practices each month
* Assist with the equipment cleaning for up to an hour per week as instructed by LVVC
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to maintain close working relationships with peers
* Knowledge of experience playing
* Must pass a background checking
Pay is competitive based on experience. We offer educational reimbursement for volleyball related courses.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
