What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
• Recommend parts and accessories to meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate inventory and process transactions efficiently
• Support the service team with timely parts delivery

Qualifications

Job Requirements & Experience:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to follow company policies and safety standards
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Professional appearance and customer service focus
• Basic computer skills and ability to interpret vendor catalogs
• Minimum 1 year of dealership parts experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the department for 8 hours
• Lift up to 75 lbs; bend, kneel, climb stairs, and reach overhead
• Comfortable working in varying conditions (noise, dust, heat/cold, rain)
