We are seeking both skilled and motivated entry-level cabinet makers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Cabinet Construction: Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets based on design specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in measurements, cuts, and joinery.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all cabinets meet our high standards for craftsmanship and durability.
- Material Handling: Safely handle and receive deliveries and shipments of materials and finished products. Operate tools and machinery as trained and in a safe manner.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret and work from shop drawings and sketches to execute projects accurately.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment.
- Experience as a cabinet maker or as a carpenter in a commercial or custom cabinet setting. We are willing to train on-the-job for those who are eager to learn.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Full-time preferred but can negotiate part-time positions.Weekly schedule is Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, and Fridays 7am-11am.
