Job Description
- 7 days on and 7 days off schedule
- Provides a Safe and Secure Environment in the Cannabis Industry/ Industrial Industry for Clients and their Customers
- Provide a Visible Deterrent to crime/criminal element
- Provide a professional appearance
- Provide professional, courteous interaction with Clients and their customers
- Provide professionally trained, armed security in the unlikely event of an emergency or attempted criminal activity
- Clear and Concise Communication (both written and verbal)
- To be familiar with ASP Rules, Regulations
- Punctual reporting, timely response
- Maintain competence with updated rules, regulations, and policies
- Adaptability, flexibility with Customer requirements, site necessities
- Uphold Company Values and remain vigilant in their duties
- Maintain an open and fluid connection with the management
- Be supportive, respectful, team-oriented towards co-workers, be willing to work together to accomplish Company goals with positive outcomes
- Remain open and positive to change as necessary to meet both Company and Customer requirements

Qualifications
- Security experience
- Conflict management training
- Law enforcement background
- Surveillance skills
- Military experience
- Knowledge of CCTV systems
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques
