EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of HR related experience preferred
- Bachelors preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Point of Contact: Be one of our go-to people for our employees! Your assistance with general inquiries will support our workforce, ensuring every team member is supported
- First-Day Support: Help new hires navigate Oracle on their first day, ensuring a smooth start to their new roles
- New Hire Orientation: Facilitate engaging and informative orientations for new hires in Denver fostering a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere
- Pre-Employment Processes: Oversee the process for new team members, from pre- employment testing to welcome letters, ensuring a positive experience from the beginning
- Compliance: Handle I-9s/E-Verify, pre-adverse, and adverse action letters, while maintaining a transparent and fair environment
- Return to work: Schedule return-to-work testing to prioritize the well-being of our workforce, creating a safe and healthy workplace
- Self-guided Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to independently execute the tasks outlined above and proactively address challenges.
