Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking an Indirect Loan Processor with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to join the Indirect Lending team. - Process and service indirect documentation from dealerships
- Verify that all new loan contracts and documentation are complete and accurate
- Ensure all underwriting stipulations are met as stipulated in approval
- Notify the dealerships of any discrepancies and follow up to ensure contracts are funded promptly
- Fund indirect loans into the credit union’s core system
- Knowledgeable of internal and external guidelines and procedures.
- Organize indirect letters and packets for daily mailings
- Open regular share accounts for new members acquired through the indirect program as needed
- Support the department by answering member/dealer phone questions while providing courteous and personal service
- Organize daily mail and filing miscellaneous documentation
- Must have strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Verify that all new loan contracts and documentation are complete and accurate
- Participate in the Saturday funding rotation and as necessitated by management
- Adhere to all credit union lending and personnel policies and procedures
- Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws and operational procedures.
- Develop a working knowledge of the credit union’s data processing system.
- Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management.
