Who are we looking for?
- Energetic leader with the ability to train, motivate and retain a successful sales team.
- Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivering on goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams.
- Closing skills and a great attitude are a must.
Qualifications:
- High-volume, dealership, Used Car Manager experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required).
- Excellent supervisory skills and Used car inventory management.
- Pricing cars, appraising trades, buying inventory at auction, displaying and marketing used vehicles, wholesale and retail used car sales.
- V-Auto and Eleads experience preferred.
- Ability to work deals from A to Z.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
