Liberty Franchise Lending specializes in strategic debt placement for franchise business owners. We fund conventional and SBA loans from 150k-65mil . Our focus is new builds, refinances, partner buys outs and acquisitions. We’re building a team of ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals.

The Opportunity

This is not your average 9–5. As an Account Executive, you’ll have the flexibility of a 1099 contractor, backed by the training of founders with 20 years of experience and tools to dominate the industry. You find the deals, we close them and you get paid. This role offers a clear path to grow within the company and is also the perfect foundation for anyone interested in building a career in finance or sales.

💰 Compensation:

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $150,000
• Year 2: 200k
• Uncapped commission - the harder you work, the more you earn

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business: prospect, cold call, network, and follow up on leads
• Set client meetings
• Manage your pipeline
• Consistently hit and exceed individual sales goals
