Full Time
Perform health care institution and physician office hospice education activities.
Coordinate community hospice education activities.
Requires a bachelor’s degree or RN, MSW. Prefer two years’ experience working with home health / hospice, hospitals, physicians, HMO’s, outpatient services or social services concerning public relations or office procedures.
If licensed, successful completion from an approved school of nursing or college education.
Ability to coordinate the transfer of patients to hospice services, resulting in uninterrupted continued medical care.
Strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
Ability to travel as necessary.
