What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Liberty Healthcare Corporation?
Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now accepting applications for several new full-time Scheduling Coordinator positions – based in a call center at our organization’s office located at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, Idaho.
As a Scheduling Coordinator with Liberty Healthcare, you will work to schedule assessments for those who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. These assessments will aide individuals in receiving publicly-funded home and community based support services.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Using a computerized geographic interface to schedule individuals as closely and efficiently as possible to regional Liberty Assessors located throughout the state.
- Providing information and answering questions about available health and human services, the process for applying for these services, as well as the wait period between applying for and receiving services
- Logging details from phone conversations into a computer system
- Addressing emails and sending written communications
- Participating in training activities
The starting pay rate for this position is $18.04 per hour (approximately $37,500).
