Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Texas Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required.
• Over five years of experience in the water/wastewater field preferred.
• Proven project management experience with municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Strong skills in client relations, project scheduling, and preparation of scope/fee proposals.
• Ability to review and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Experienced in leading technicians and drafting personnel effectively.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or GIS preferred.
• Capable of preparing design plans, estimates, and specifications.
• Ability to collect field data and perform construction observations.
