**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams for certification success in ISO 9000, ITAR, OSHA, FDA, GMP, etc.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing workflows.
• Demonstrated project management experience, with a knack for steering teams towards success.
• Expertise in conducting quality audits and rolling out necessary corrective measures.
• Proficient in quality assurance methodologies, with strong inspection and control process skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
