Liberty Personnel is working with a Top AM Law Firm seeking a Conflicts Director to add to their team.
Role:
The Conflicts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal conflicts within the law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and analysis, with experience in conflict identification and resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for identifying and managing legal conflicts within the company.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal counsel and senior management, to assess and address potential conflicts.
- Provide guidance and support to the legal team on conflict resolution strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 10 years of Conflicts experience in a Law Firm is required.
- 4 Years of Management experience within a Law Firm is strongly preferred.
