Seeking a skilled Staff Architect to contribute to the design and delivery of the firm's projects. The position will assist in preparing architectural designs and construction documents and serve as a bridge between the firm's design and construction documentation functions.
Position Responsibilities :
- Work closely with project team to translate design concepts into cost-effective and innovative solutions by applying knowledge of building materials and methods of construction.
- Assist in developing designs and sketches into 3D models and construction documents within established deadlines and budget.
- Regularly monitor and track internal deadlines set by Project Manager and Senior Architectural Designer to ensure timely project delivery.
- Aid Project Architect in submittal reviews, RFIs, and ASIs as needed.
SALARY : $70-85
