Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed field surveys, boundary determinations, and topographic mapping.
Prepare and review survey documents, including plats, reports, and legal descriptions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
Utilize state-of-the-art surveying equipment and technology to enhance efficiency and precision.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surveying staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Resolve survey discrepancies and address client concerns with professionalism.
Participate in the development and implementation of surveying procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

NC Professional Land Surveyor License is mandatory.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in land surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other survey-related software.
Strong understanding of land surveying principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
