**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**

As an RV Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of RV systems, components, and mechanics, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Diagnose and Repair RV Systems:** Identify issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems in RVs and perform necessary repairs and replacements.

2. **Perform Routine Maintenance:** Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance on RVs to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

3. **Troubleshoot Problems:** Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues reported by customers or discovered during inspections, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques.

4. **Provide Technical Support:** Offer technical guidance and support to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of their RVs.

5. **Customization and Installation:** Assist with the installation of aftermarket components, accessories, and upgrades according to customer specifications.

6. **Maintain Documentation:** Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time spent on each service or repair job for record-keeping purposes.

7. **Ensure Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards when performing repairs and installations to ensure the safety of customers and compliance with regulations.

8. **Customer Service:** Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing recommendations for maintaining their RVs.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an RV Service Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 2 Years of experience in diagnosing and repairing RVs.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems in RVs.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment used in RV repair and maintenance.

- Knowledge of RV manufacturers, models, and components.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Effective communication and customer service skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical training program in RV repair or a related field preferred.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
