Role Description
This is a seasonal contract role for a Tax Preparer at Liberty Tax of Bismarck, ND. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for tasks related to tax preparation, tax compliance, and understanding tax laws on a day-to-day basis. Primary preparation of individual tax returns and may include Schedule C's for sole proprietors and small businesses.
Qualifications
- Tax Preparation skills
- Understanding of Tax Law and Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- CPA/EA certification is a plus
The ideal candidate will be able to have a flexible schedule and work onsite for at least 36 hours per week, Monday - Saturday. Schedule is dependent upon appointments and drop-offs.
