Job description
- Responsible for performing client care activities
- manage and oversee clients .
- Complete/ Log Urine Drug Screens
- Assisting client with completing consents upon intake
- Input client information
- Perform/document vital signs
- Have good work habits: ability to get things done in a timely, efficient manner, adhere to time schedules, and function well as a team member
- Assist Nurse Practitioner with seeing clients for IPE's and H&P's
- Communicate with clinical, administration and other staff regarding the clients needs
- Tend to the clients needs at the before, after and while at the treatment center
- Supporting clients with nonclinical tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Transport clients to and from groups at Liberty Wellness, meetings, doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, to and from other treatment facilities and to recreational activities such as the beach, amusement parks, bowling, movies etc
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
