What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and process permit applications for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects.
- Track permit statuses and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on time.
- Liaise with local municipalities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers and technicians to keep jobs on schedule.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to permitting, licensing, and compliance.
- Stay up to date on local codes, permit requirements, and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in permitting, project coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing details.
- Excellent communication skills. You’ll be working with city officials, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
