About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Key Holder to join our team. As a Retail Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift. You will be accountable for opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and supervising the team. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will report directly to the Store Manager in charge.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds, as well as bend twist and stoop
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and be able to meet driving standards.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Supervise the team and ensure they are meeting their targets
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Learn to refill propane tanks where needed.

Skills:

As a Retail Key Holder, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the team and provide exceptional customer service. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail to manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained. Additionally, you will need to have strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Knowledge in visual merchandising will be beneficial in this role.
