What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Waitstaff - Cleveland Region position at Licursi Bartending LLC?
Licursi Bartending LLC in located in Mentor, OH as the home base but with events in East & West Cleveland to the Akron/Canton region. We are looking to add 5 more event waitstaff team members to our Cleveland region by June 20th. Additionally - we are currently listed as a preferred vendor for over 20 Event Management companies, exclusivity to 2 NEO Caterer's and an even larger roster for Licursi Bartending Events.
Responsibilities
- Setting up event tables and breaking down event tables at the end of the night
- Delivering food to tables
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Devolp and maintain friendly relationship with customers and caterer’s
- Coordinate with event managers, captains, kitchen staff and event staff to ensure all event needs are met and delivered sucessfully
- May be required to lift heavy objects and move them for events
- As with most event industry jobs - weekend availability is a requirement. We do not ask that you are available every weekend. We utilize the Homebase application which allows you to add in your availability and time off to give you a better work/life balance.
Qualifications
- Ability to listen, take direction and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus but necessary
