Location Support Specialist

The Location Support Specialist is responsible for providing maintenance, preventative maintenance, and setups for Life.Church offices, Edmond campus, and StaffKids. Additionally, the Location Support Specialist will build and maintain relationships with outside vendors.

The Spaces and Places Group consists of three teams: Real Estate Development, Campus Launch, and Location Support. These teams work together to acquire sites, build new Life.Church locations, refresh existing campuses, and maintain all Life.Church buildings.

• Address maintenance requests from the staff for the buildings.
• Provide facilities maintenance as needed.
• Perform excellence walk‐throughs of buildings.
• Setup for Life.Church events as needed.
• Partner with Central and campus staff to co‐own the building.
• Assist in space management and organization.
• Connect and lead vendors in maintenance of the building.
• Schedule and review the completion of maintenance.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to maintain relationships and partnerships.
• Effective at multi‐tasking, time management, and follow up in order to meet committed timelines.
• Clearly explain complicated and detailed processes.
• Ability to self‐motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and problem‐solve.
• Strong guest relations and hospitality skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
