The Clinical Supervisor at Life Consultants, Inc. is an amazing opportunity to develop managerial skills while interacting with clients and simultaneously leading a team! Working closely with the Lead Clinical Supervisor to ensure consistency in the overall client experience, clinical quality & staff experience. Accountable for meeting the operational and quality objectives of the organization. The Clinical Supervisor manages the Life Coaches (QMHP/QPPMH) in a hybrid model, who primarily deliver the services to clients within the community.

- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS).
- Proactively evaluate individual and overall team performance on a regular & ongoing basis; using collected data and information to make needed improvements.
- Provide ongoing training & oversight to ensure quality clinical documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
- Review clinical documentation to include progress notes, quarterly reports, authorization requests, etc.
- Engage Life Coaches (QMHP/QPPMH) in performance targets & evaluation.
- Master’s Degree or PhD in the Behavioral Health /Social Services field
- Must be registered or eligible for registry with Virginia Board of Counseling
- Meet Virginia State criteria for LMHP/LMHP-E
- Experience providing counseling services to include MHSB, IIH & Crisis
- Experience in human services; clinical experience in crisis assessment and treatment
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge base of clinical care standards in the treatment of adults, children, and families, including those families affected by multiple issues (abuse, neglect, domestic violence, chemical dependency)
