Program Analyst
Position Summary:
As Program Analyst, you will provide programmatic and administrative support, including reviewing policies and directives and presenting assessments, metrics development and tracking, word processing, filing, tracking labor hours, preparing correspondence reports/forms and presentations in accordance with the appropriate style guide, arranging travel, scheduling meetings and teleconferencing services utilizing Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Work is located at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (Philadelphia, PA).

Position Summary:
As Program Analyst, you will provide programmatic and administrative support, including reviewing policies and directives and presenting assessments, metrics development and tracking, word processing, filing, tracking labor hours, preparing correspondence reports/forms and presentations in accordance with the appropriate style guide, arranging travel, scheduling meetings and teleconferencing services utilizing Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Work is located at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (Philadelphia, PA).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance
- Provide management and preparation of presentation materials using Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Adobe Acrobat formats
- Provide on-site administrative services support assistance as directed including word processing, copy and file letters, reports, memos, travel orders, travel vouchers, and other similar types of documents
- Apply U.S. Navy style guide to all correspondence and developed work products
- Maintain the Master Project Schedule and coordinate arrangements for presentations/meetings
- Provide support for network account request forms
- Develop process and procedure documents in the Government format, as requested
- Enter data into computerized-databases and tracking systems to manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain hard copies of direction, instructions, and other documents that are required to support documentation audits
- Create meaningful metrics for presentations to upper-level management
- Associate's degree from an accredited university in a Business or IT field
- Five (5) years' experience providing programmatic and administrative support including reviewing policies and directives and presenting the assessments, metrics development and tracking, word processing, filing, tracking labor hours, preparing correspondence reports/forms and presentations in accordance with the appropriate style guide, arranging travel, scheduling meetings and teleconferencing services
- Proficient with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to describe technical implementations
- Organize work activities to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
- Create/describe work activity estimates, progress, and issues
- Motivated, self-starter who is able to thrive in a fast, rapidly changing environment
- Desire to learn
- Foster positive work relationships with customers, co-workers, and visitors
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as directed by Executive Order 14042: Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors except in limited circumstances where an employee is legally entitled to an accommodation.
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting (up to 30 pounds), and standing; occasional prolonged sitting
