What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Mentor position at Life Quest Girls Academy?
We are hiring a part time mentor position. This position will include 2-3 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per week. Each shift is 8 hours. We are usually able to be fairly flexible with school schedules and child care schedules.
Each mentor is expected to be able to help keep structure and a positive atmosphere throughout the day and work well with youth. Compassion and assertiveness is expected as we help these young ladies on their self improvement journeys.
