Life Strategies, LLC, based in Indiana, is a BCBA owned and operated Behavioral Health Center of Excellence accredited agency, seeking a highly dedicated, energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA Team. Positions available in all three of our locations in Crown Point, Chesterton and South Bend! The BCBA will oversee ABA programming, RBTs and directly teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. ABA services are provided in homes, in our newly expanded Blooming Potential Autism and Learning Centers, and in community and school settings. NEW Graduates/BCBAs welcome to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial and on-going client assessments (such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) and design and implement effective ABA Programs
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals who provide direct therapy to children
- Conduct weekly to monthly progress meetings with parents and staff
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the management of client services and supervision of paraprofessionals based on Life Strategies’ policies & procedures
- Develop and achieve performance goals with client, client’s family, and paraprofessionals
- Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports
- Maintain client privacy in accordance with Life Strategies’ policy
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
- BCBA® Certified OR actively pursuing the BCBA or BCaBA credential and in process of meeting all requirements to take the exam
- Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels
- Ability to promote an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
